If you call or email us, we keep a record of that conversation as needed to respond.

Please do not send medical or health information through this website. Our website forms are not intended for protected health information. We will explain how to share health information securely during the assessment process.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our hosting provider and the tools below may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the website that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. If you arrive from an ad or a link with campaign tags (UTM parameters or a Google click ID), we store those tags for your browsing session and send them with any tour request so we know which advertising is working.

Cookies and third-party tools

  • GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) — our customer-relationship system. Tour requests are sent to it so our team can respond, send you a confirmation email and keep track of your inquiry.
  • Google Maps, Matterport and YouTube — the map, 3D tour and videos are provided by these services. The 3D tour and videos load only when you choose to start them.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies will not stop you from using this website or calling us.
