OneStone Oak is a small, family-owned senior living and retirement home in the Stone Oak neighborhood of north San Antonio, Texas — a licensed Type B assisted living facility with the warmth of a personal care home. With only 16 residents and owners Florin and Maria on site nearly every day, our caregivers know each person’s routines, preferences, and family — and families always know who to call.

Your monthly rate is set after an assessment of physical and medical needs. The quoted rate is all-inclusive — no separate level-of-care charges that creep up later. The one-time community fee is published too: $1,500 when you contact us directly. OneStone Oak is a private-pay community; Medicaid and Texas Medicaid STAR+PLUS are not accepted.
